Tapojarvi Italia S.r.l received quality certificate for stainless steel slag process
Tapojärvi and Hannukainen Mining are part of a European consortium, where digital technologies and systems are being developed. With the help of these techniques the health and safety, machine productivity and environmental friendliness is improved. Autonomy and electrification of the machines is a big part of these projects.
Together with Tampere University we organised consortium meetings and a site visit to Outokumpu Chrome’s Kemi Mine.
Over 50 visitors took part in the mine visit and the consortium meetings in Merihovi. The visitors represented different nationalities including Spain, Italy, Germany, Serbia, UK, Norway, Poland, Cypros, Belgium and Greece.
